Lovely, convenient, restful & glamorous - I will be BACK!
Amazing & friendly staff - gorgeous bar - attentive room service - respected privacy - delicious bathroom amenities - phone easily paired with TV - loved the in-room tea & snacks - thank you for the various choice of slippers - in-room safe very secure - lovely view from floor 5!
I always wish breakfast could be served until noon, but that's what night-people/not-morning people always say haha

Perfect getaway spot with attention to every detail.
The hotel was lovely, the staff was very friendly. The little details made the stay extra special - the rooms were gorgeous and came stocked with goodies. The dice and cards were a wonderful touch. Cocktails at the bar were delicious, as was the afternoon tea. In short, we couldn't have been happier.
Just that we couldn't stay longer :)

Fantastic hotel in the heart of London
A really great hotel right in the middle of London. A short walk from Selfridges and all else, though still set apart enough that it feels comfortable and charming. The staff were brilliant, really made it a nice stay and were there to help with anything. The hotel itself is very well designed, clean and all to a high standard. We also used the on-site spa and got some treatments, which were also incredible.
